While looking for a Lyman 542-622 mould to buy, I found a Lyman Mould stamped 542-622DW. Does anyone know what the DW stands for? Is this the same mould as the 542-622 or is it different?

The letters generally identify the cherry used to cut the mold. There are exceptions to this such as U=Undersize ES=Extra Small R=Reject and a host of others.

Do you know if there is a resource somewhere that identifies the various stamped markings on a Lyman mould?

I believe it was in one of my Lyman Reloading handbooks. It is so old (ca. 1960's) that I could not tell you which edition it is as there are no covers on it anymore.
