Need an estimate

So my wife got me this set about 10 years ago I honestly forgot about em and left em in my cabin for 10 years and the darn leathers shot to **** so I need an estimate for leather or should I use something else for a handle material

I think I’d clean up and oil what you have there. It’s not gonna be easy replacing it unless you’ve got experience knife making. That’s a stacked leather handle. You’d have to remove the end cap before removing and replacing the leather. They may or may not be easy getting that cap off. And it wouldn’t be cheap to have someone do it.

I agree hit that with some good leather conditioner and try to revive it. Talk to someone who deals with saddles.

To re handle will be a big job.
