I'd like to replace the front sights on a couple of my rifles, a GPR and a TC Hawken. What is the correct way to measure the dovetails or just measure the old sights? Should I just call Track? will they know? I'm looking for the silver blade with brass base. I also have one old .45 cal with an odd barrel I need a sight for as well. Not quite sure how to go about it.

Yes, the TC is a very standard 3/8 dovetail.
With that being said, when I got a Williams 3/8 dovetail front sight I still had to file it down a bit. If I hadn't I would've never got it installed without damaging something. After filing it down it is still very tight and took some serious blows to a brass punch to get it to the center of the barrel.
It is fairly common to have to file them a bit, so be ready for that possibility. File the sight base, not the dovetail slot of course.
