What a scum bag. The game wardens have been looking for somebody around willow springs Missouri the last 2yrs that has been doing the same thing. They only shoot bucks mostly big bucks. They cut the heads off the monsters and leave the smaller bucks lay altogether. Hell might be the same guys there not to far from there.
