I finally connected with my new rifle and bullet combo. I was using an omega and barnes 295gr bullets. The shot was 40-50 yards quartering to and above, bullet hit high left shoulder and exited just in front of the right rear leg. He went probably 60 yards and went down although I dont know how he made it that far.
