You Yankees eat those boiled dinners that are just thick soup. And green peas (we call them English peas).   :tongue: 
If you want really good peas, try what we call field peas (conch peas, purple hulls, etc.). I don't like black-eyed peas but they're in the same family.

Here's something you don't seem to grasp. We don't all have the same taste. I might barf at what you think is great. So, don't be so smug at what you think taste good.

I was raised up north. I found out what good food was when I moved south. Try it, you might like it.

However, some people don't like Italian, Chinese or Mexican food. I don't understand it but I know it's so.
