Pre-threaded Savage barrel makers

I'm looking to replace a shot out barrel on my Savage rifle. Does anyone have a list of makers of pre-threaded Savage barrels along with contact info? Thanks in advance.

I think they use McGowens barrels

Krieger Barrels, made in Wisconsin. I have 1 on a custom built Browning A-Bolt. sub MOA shooter. It's a 3-06 now.

I had a McGowen prefit barrel in .260 for a left hand action. The barrel contour would not fit the factory stock so I returned the barrel to McGowen
and they re-contoured the barrel for "FREE" and returned the barrel in 10 days. This was great service.

The barrel shot very well and cleaned up easily. I sold the rifle and barrel because I was made an offer I could not refuse.

For a hunting rifle a McGowen, Pacnor or a Shilen prefit will serve you well. I don't think a high priced barrel (Krieger) is needed for a hunting rifle.

I called Jim Briggss @ Northlnd Shooters Supply. I just recieved my new Savage take-off barrel. It was shipped to my door for less than $150.00.
