range report

took the wife out 2 shot her wolf magum,3x9x40 tasco world class scope,
240gr xtp 44cal pushed by 90grs of pyrodex-rs .don't have pics but last 3shots at 50yrds was one ragged hole about 2 1/2'' high,she took 2 shots at 100yrds 1st was 3''left an 2''high,2nd was 1''right 1''high with her shooting.i took one shot with it at 100yrds 2''high dead center she shot it around 15times 10 of witch she loaded it up by herself.only thing she complaned about was the smell lol lol last shot she hit a metal chicken at 100yrds, said she is ready 4 muzzle season on 1/7/12.
i took out my encore 2 sight it in,1st shot 4''high 5''right at 50yrds,2nd shot touched the 1st.made a scope adjustment,3rd shot was 3'' high dead center,moved out 2 100yrds 3shots 1ragged hole measureing from 1 3/4'' high to 2 1/4'' dead center.moved over 2 the 200yrd range,using the 200yrd line on the scope, shot 2 shots 1st was 4''low 2'' right 2nd was 3'' low dead center :shock:
i was using 2 triple 7 pellets under a 250 shockwave,i think am going 2 like my new front stuffer lol would of shot more but running low on pellets
and primers.
