Yes, that is correct, however the reason it is a 4473 transfer and the old style 700 ml was not is because of what the receiver, the serialized part is, not what the rifle could be. I think the recoil lug, and locking lugs on the bolt, are the major differences between the 700ml, and the 700 Ultimate.

The time on my message was 1143. I don't know how you'd construe that as 1243, and since I'm in the Eastern Time Zone, I don't know how it would have been later.
