Hi Folks, I hate to do this but I have to admit that I just can't see as well anymore & the shorter sight radius is not working for me. This rifle has seen little use but I can attest to its "Deerability". I coned the barrel a while back which makes loading so much easier. I also put on a new Lyman 57SML peep sight last year but it just isn't working for my eyesight. Note that the fold-down factory rear sight is still intact. In addition, I need to thin things out so I am putting this up for sale. I was able to find two blems as shown in the pics. The one on the opposite lock panel measures about 1/2" and what looks to be a varnish nick is less than 1/4".Bore is clean-no rust ever on my guns. Quite frankly lefty flints don't come up to often. Haha I expected a reply as such. I'm laughing because of the recent multiple posts about leftys using right handed rifles. The majority of opinions said it didn't bother them.
