Just wonderin' what everyone uses to clean plastic from barrel left behind from sabots . I heard that choke cleaner worked well , did anyone else have any success with it . I haven't tried it but it seems like a good idea , any degreaser that removes or cleans plastic would work , just curious what others use other than marketed products form firearm makers.

With the new polymere sabots - plastic fouling is at a minimum... Boiling water will really cause the plastic to swell up and release itself - other than that I use Butch's Bore shine - it stinks but it must work but I really have no idea casue I just do not see it...

I use the CVA sabot solvent. No complaints other than the smell.
