about two weeks ago i stopped taking 100 mg of L-arginine and 1400 mg of L-citriline when i got up. wanted to see if my body noticed. it did. my blood pressure went to 140 over 100. and i was more tired from the workouts i do. went back to the usual dose of the two when i get out of bed and my blood pressure went to 126 over 72. i also feel more recovered after my work outs. i proved to my self that im on the right track with these simple supplements. L-arginine is available at wall mart. L- citriline is available over the internet. either one doesnt cost a arm and a leg or a kidney. it really works guys and gals.
