Taking care of Binoculars???

My main concern, is if i could leave my Binoculars in my Truck? Does the Heat and cold hurt them for extended periods of time? I will add that they would be in a neapreme case. The second concern would just be proper up keep. Any, and all information is really appreciated.

Grouse what I always did was keep a cheap pair in the truck under the seat and my good pair reserved for hunting in my gun safe. No worrys that way.

That's really good advice! I woundn't leave them in the hot truck for extended periods.
