Is it time to break the calls out yet ?

I've had my gear out gettin' it in order. Checkin' what I'd like to buy or replace. Season opens here in WV the last Monday in April. We've been tryin' to get the DNR to back it up a couple of weeks to no avail. DNR in WV means Does Not Respond!
