Update on recovery

I;m doing a lot better everyone. I just got to get used to flushing my bladder whenever i start getting the dreadful spasms. But other than that, my urine is cleard up, the pain is gone, and I'm back 100%. I shot at my range a little while yesterday and for 3 hours this evening. I'm ready for Saturday's match!
