about a week ago went to my dr. and had a shot in my left hip bursa, moving better since. would recommend it. also asked for a testosterone level as i am 75 years old and how could it ever be normal. well they called today and its normal. my wife said to me, i could have told you it was normal. must be the glint in my eye. i have no idea what im doing as to the supplements i take for testosterone but they must be working. also my blood pressure is normal, better than its ever been. i take two different amino acids in the morning for that and its nice to see they are working. dont give up, never give up, thanks for listening. i do take pine pollen, it appears to be working.
