How do you do it? What I do is cast a large batch and pick 5 bullets at random and get an average weight. Occasionally doing this I will get a bullet that is a really odd weight and toss it immediately into a remelt pile.
From this mean weight I weigh each bullet and keep those within +/- .5 gr.
Now I may have some bullets that are 1-2 gr over or under the average so I put them in separate piles until all are weighed. If there are only a couple each way I usually end up remelting them. If there are 20 or either high or so low I will keep them separate and use them for plinking or practice.
