ribs you've ever had?
My niece lives in St Louis, i get out there once every few years, i will try them next time i get out there.Pappy’s Smokehouse in St Louis.
I asked my processor last year about “saving the ribs” he replied, “We don’t bother with the ribs. Most people don’t want them and there is not enough meat.”Lately i don’t eat ribs much(cuz im older & fatter) so i just settle for Dukes here in F-ville, or Schwans ribs. They are both “ok”, nothing special but they fill the need for ribs. Has anyone here ever tried BBQing venison ribs?

I have to say that if I am craving ribs it is either, have my wife fix them (fall off the bone tender) or the Texas dry rub ribs from Chili's (not quite as tender but really good).
Have you been? Thoughts?
