I just got my Zoli Zouave today and wonder where to post
and inquire about loads etc.?
I kinda think it should be o.k. to post in Traditional since
it's not really "modern".
What say you?

Hello Jeager106, I read the descriptions and it looks like you need to be shootin patched round balls to post here.  If your shootin conicals or sabots then your post would go in the Modern Muzzleloading section.

Either way we love to hear your questions about your Zoli Zouave!

Take care,

Well, he actually has a point. That rifle does traditionally shoot conicals of the time period. I think we'll let it slip for this rifle and you can post here about it.

Thanks. Anyone know best loads with Holy Black? Likely 2 fg and start at 50 grains by
volume.

I have a quantity of Swiss but use that for my .40, .45's .50's.
The might use of the Goex in the .58 Zouave.

For smacking a deer at 40 to 50 yards in my woods maybe 50 to 60 grains i plenty.
That big bullet will pass through a big deer with ease.
