Yes. I had one with a Douglas and one with a Kelly barrel. Cant go wrong either way

If Shorty hasn't bought it yet? Can the rear barrel sight be removed? Is the tang drilled for a LR tang sight? if not is it long enough to accommodate one (vernier tang sight)?

1:18 at least I believe most of Docs ESR's were

Ive seen a Douglas listed on Doc's old site that was a 1-20. Seen 1-18s too but i dont remember the barrel make. I dont think i saw any other twists in the 45s.
