It is November 10th, the USMC Birthday! OOOHRAH!

My oldest and best USMC buddy is flying in tonight for a week of deer hunting!

I just started my vacation this morning at 0630 !

I live in one of the prime deer hunting areas of the nation!

We will be using Savage 10mlII's!

It is sunny and 51 degrees here right now !

My wife has been baking up a storm and we have a ton of cakes,cookies, and PIE!

It's Payday!

God is good, all the time!

You are right, everything is good here too. Rifle opens on Sat here in MO, but it looks like rain, so the Weatherby will get the nod for the first day. Another thing to be thankful for is that tomorrow we honor our Vetrans. Many thanks to you and your buddy for your service, as well as any and all active and retired members who visit this board. A heartfelt thank you from this American to all who have served.

Thanks fellas, got back from the airport late last night, Pat had a good trip. Plan on going shooting today to get him used to his new Savage and should be out bright and early tomorrow.
