A friend sent me a picture of weather conditions in the high country yesterday, he's in northern MT.

Lots of roads closed in MT. Rogers Pass is a mess. Snow dumped near G N P too.

A few friends I use to work with at Cabela's in Lehi called wanting to look at a small herd of elk they knew about. I grabbed the camera, we had breakfast and headed out, (been on many of these type of trips that didn't pan out as thought, know many of us have experienced these ventures). As we started down from the top of a hill into the canyon I kept thinking I'm seeing movement. First picture we cross from a field of flowers to the mountain. and down into the canyon. The second pictures is when I see movement. The third picture I cranked-up now, this is a good trip and my friends knew what they were talking about. What a great outing ....
