I agree with Muley, give 3F a try first, it should ignite easier than 2F.

BTW, Where did you get that barrel?

The touch hole liner is installed where the flats meet?  :scratch:  

What are you going to do when you have to replace it?

Install another one! It isn't too high off the bottom of the pan from what research I've done!

Install another one! It isn't too high off the bottom of the pan from what research I've done!

Why wait?  Install a new touch hole liner now, and you'll see what I mean.  The new touch hole liner will be proud on the barrel, you'll have to do some sanding to make it sit correctly.
