Took the back road home this evening, We saw everything the state has to offer! LOL. First i saw a huge bear sitting on his rump by an abandoned house, next we saw 6 deer, 4 of them being bucks with tiny antlers starting. Up a little more we spotted 2 cow elk in the heavy timber and then finally close to home, a single turkey in the field!

I could not believe the size of that bear though! Massive. Im gettin a bear tag again this year!

I'm hoping this fall for you FG, that after the plume of white smoke clears, that lying on the ground is a bear, and not a pile where you stood. :cheers: :cheers:

Don't you just absolutely love those types of rides. They don't happen all the time but when they do you remember every moment.
