209 Primers - Winchester vs Federal

I've got both because I reload 12ga. I'm wondering if one is better than the other?

I'm ready to out and send a few rounds downrange tomorrow.

Am I missing anything? Do I need a bullet starter or can I get by without one?

I always like using a short starter. You can get by without, just take your time with the ramrod. Don't try to push the bullet down with your hand on the very top of it.
Either one of those primers is good.
