Bad Range Day - Only 3 of 24 on Paper - Problem???

I can't say i would win any pistol matches. I have practiced with my 1860 New Army colt replica. With a support i have been able to hit a playing card at 40 yds max. My load is 30 T7-3F. 454 rb chamber grease Rem. #10 caps. I had planned on killing a deer this past Fall but my wife's health issues stopped me.
