Yesterday I was in my shooting shack when a doe and a skipper came into my field at 250 yards, too far! minutes later a buck showed up. He was walking without stopping. 188 yard shot with my White Shooting System G series Whitetail in .45 cal. 70 grains of 3F, felt wad, 495 grain hand cast lead bullet and a #11 percussion cap. Perfect double lung shot!

Congratulations! That was a good poke. Good looking buck.Should be nice for the freezer. I wish we could get some(a little bit) of snow for the last of the season here in Oklahoma. My place in KS I go for Primitive Archery had 10" last week but I had to work.
Take care.

Good job!!!! Nice buck!!!!

Nice one congrats! Better keep that white!
I will probably sell my T'C ,CVA's, knights, Gonics and one 504 White. My Grandson pointed out to me that on Dec.7,2001 I shot a beautiful non-typical 10 point with a drop tine. Same rifle same load, 1 shot. That rifle could not be bought for any amount of money! Here is a better view of this years rack.
