Tomorrow is opening day for the special Oklahoma antlerless season. There are a number of state WMA'S open but only 2 that are close to me.
As long as it isn't pouring rain in the morning, I'll be going.
The season runs for 2 weeks with a 2 deer limit.
Maybe I can get at least one, plus a hog for a bonus.

Good luck!!!:lewis:
You taking the muzzleloader or centerfire?

I’m probably coming up next week, but I doubt I’ll hunt this time. I may try to catch a mess of channel cats out of the Salt Fork though.;)

Taking my old Mossberg pump with deer slugs. The closest place to me is the Blue River wma. Shotgun only there.

Got a late start this morning due to the rain overnight. By the time I got to where I wanted to go there were already 8 or 10 trucks in the lot. Plan B was another state land spot a bit farther away in Tishomingo, Oklahoma.
Was glad to see no other hunters.
Didn't see any deer either but found bou cou hog sign.
I setup a spot for the treestand for next.
The weather looks to be good next week.
