I would love to see pictures of competition grade rifles.

I understand they are modified Knights ( and others ) but how are they modified? Is there a leading brand / style?

Are the loads proprietary or available? Scopes allowed?

Thanks, I would like to know what it would take to a have a competitive rifle.

All guns pictured shoot a custom breech plug with tungsten carbide bushing for vent and use blackhorn powder and Parker bullets over a wad . Bullets are sized to each gun.

All nice and shooters but I like the top one the best. :D

Exactly it is definitely at the top for accuracy.

You can have a competitive rifle for about $600.
Photo of factory standard Encore 209x50 (7.5 pounds) with a Leopold 4x scope, I found a ProHunter butt stock and liked it. Used in the first NMLRA in-line match, shot a 50-5x at 50yards and bestill and I were the only shooters to hit all the animals. He beat me by 1 point in the AGG as he shot 246/250; I - 245/250.
Practice and experiment and you might be surprised! With this, I think anyone can get today's factory ML's to shoot..
Good Luck.
