I didn't shoot a LOT of Triple Se7en today, but I did shoot a little. I mainly just wanted to see how the Hawk 235gr .40/blue MMP would do in the Disc Elite .50. I'll cut to the chase and just say it was a wasted effort and leave it at that! 100gr ffg Triple Se7en just wouldn't do it. Groups were in the 4-5 inch area. I don't know if I'll try The 235gr Hawk again in ANYTHING!
The White 91 .410 finished up shooting GREAT with the 400gr .410 Power Punches and 60gr fffg Triple Seven. Velocities averaged 1257fps. 65gr fffg just didn't shoot this well a couple of months ago. The .410 No Excuse experiment was a flop as well. Some resized 325gr and 410gr .410 No Excuses were again hard to load and shot all over the paper. Looks like I'm going to stick with the Power Punches!
