remington 700 ultimate anyone

I was getting everything ready for the arrival of my RUM. It came yesterday and when I opened the hard case I noticed a loose piece of metal in case. The gun was shipped with bolt in action and you probably know the care that our shippers take. The loose piece of metal was bolt handle. Everything has to go back to Remington. I am beginning to question my decision to go with the Remington.

I am sorry for your great looking forward day to be ruined with this kind of crap. I am not a remington fan of anything newer than 30 years ago. That is the about date that the employees and staff started to put out junk and poor customer care. IMO.
