I agree that it is the shooter! I struggled a bit with the LOP with my heavy coat on. I also think I would help myself if I got some different targets. With all the lines on the ones I used I had a heck of a time focusing on the reticle. ( I was even more cross-eyed than normal! 8) )

I hope to do better next time.

When trying for teeny weeny groups, nothing beats black on white.

I herd this a couple of times. Once in a movie. Aim small and miss small. My gun smith told me long ago to shoot at the smallest possible target. For what it's worth, I use a 1/2 inch circle on white paper. Seem to get tighter groups than if I shoot a the commercial targets that have larger bulleyes.
