I looked and looked and no price is listed. Beware.

Somewhere I have a card from an outfit that is located between Ocala and Gainesville . Stands over feeders-$100/day. The fellow who gave me the card said they bend over backwards to please you. If I can find it, I'll pm you the info.

Thanks, FG! I would like to know the other outfit, too if you find it?

I knew the base fee was 225 for any hog. I did not know it was per hog,
but I can only use one at a time. I am looking into staying the night the day before.
They say no other fees.

The whole guide/pay-per-hunt thing is new to me. I grew up around farms.
Safaris were always outside my fiscal reach. So, new fun.

As I am indulging in childhood fantasies, I wonder if it is too late to become a
pirate. Arrgh.  :pirat:

I'd do some searching for hog hunts in Georgia, they seem to have a crap load of them and better set up for guide hunting IMO. Of course I am sure FL is full of them as well lol. Gator hunting with a flintlock is on my to do list next.

Jon, Florida is ground zero for hogs in America. In 1539 DeSoto landed in Tampa Bay and headed north. He camped at a site about 12 miles from me. During his expedition many hogs escaped and they are the foundation for today's feral hog problems.
