This is a Pitman 40 cal in the light blue 250 grain bullet, I have not shot his 250 in this Barrel I have shot his 225 grain and the light blue in many rifles and had success,, but the 250 Pitman is giving me a little bit of finicky symptoms in others,, however this 18 twist Brux Barrel really likes them, there's five in the group in the lower part of the target and then for the last three since I had kind of a horizontal thing going and was aggravated I held at the top of that black diamond and shot three more I'm going to have to go back and revisit this load it's 56. 85 grains of imr-4198 and yes I'll go on up to 57 but it likes this load has potential.

That scope has a floating dot in it ,,it's really very easy at 100 yds to pick at corners or flies,, I probably should stop and give that scope on that rifle just a little bit more credit I was realizing this evening it's got more rounds of smokeless 45 than any other rifle scope I've ever had been on a lot of different rifles I've really lost count of how many guns I put that scope on and it's still tracking and it has excellent glass I know there's others that like sightron, I have two others on other muzzleloader projects.
