I think the bolt nose is only for the 700ml and not the 700 center fire bolt. I dont know of any 209 for the 700 centerfire bolts.

Yes they have to size bullets to bore. There is no 35 caliber sabots.

There are a couple people who have converted 35 whelen caliber cva apex's into smokeless muzzleloaders. I dont know what their twist rate is.
