10ml11 action length

Is the 10ml-11 a long or short action length?

It is a short action with a heavy barrel.

Neither a standard "short action" or "long action" stock drops in-- no ramrod channel.

Nuts. Found one at Sportmans guide for 79.95 but is for a long action.

A standard short action stock works if you don't care about the ramrod though?

No, you need a heavy barrel stock.

Yes it will- but you will have to sand the barrel channel larger- mine from Boyds in pepper laminate is $85.00- I used a piece of 3/4 PVC with some heavy grit sandpaper wraped around it- it was quite easy to get the right contour in a short time... the ramrod chanel was also a cinch as the Boyds target stock only had a short amount to drill for the ramrod- less than 3 inches... And I used the stock screws on mine- (someone told me i would have to order longer ones) I'm thinking about a Boyds target thumbhole laminate on the new MLII I just got- My buddy has already made the decision for the Boyds Target thumhole on his new MLII...Rick
