Some states will only.allow 1x fixed power scopes to hunt with....its alot better then factory open sights for sure.

I use LEUPOLD 1x - 4x by 20MM. I keep it on 1x most of the time. Great for hunting thick woods. It's so quick you could shoot skeet with it.
