I am asking this because currently I dont have an adequate range to shoot 200 yards. I will however have it by the weekend and will get some real test results.

currently I am shooting an encore with 100 grains volume of BH209, 250gr SW, harvester shorts and winchester primers.

my group is 3.5" high and is very tight (to me) at 100 yards.

what type of drop can I expect at 200 yards?

I experienced about a 6-8" drop at 200 yards with my triumph zeroed at 100 yards.

With a +3.5" zero at 100 yards, you should be dead on at about 155 yards and about 5" low at 200, according to my intuition.

I am shooting a 285 gr. bullet with 100 gr. of BH209, but here is what my bullet is doing...

50 +2.00
100 + 2.75
150 -.50
200 -7.00

The ballistics program I have shows the following with the 1936 fps for 100 gr of powder from the blackhorn site (with the bc of .211 that I have seen published for that bullet, dead on at 165)

Yards / Elevation / Wind Drift (10 MPH Crosswind)
0 / -1.5 / 0
50 / 2.43 / .65
100 / 3.55 / 2.74
150 / 1.40 / 6.13
200 / -4.85 / 11.33

Elevation is easy, just make sure you play the wind
