Adjusting a double set trigger

I know I have seen something on here about adjusting a double set trigger. If someone could steer me the right direction, I would appreciate it. I have one that the rear trigger is so stiff, I almost can't pull it.

Which rifle are you referring too?  I can help you with a CVA but, have not owned any other brands.

CVA, Traditions and Lyman can use some really stiff set triggers.
