Anybody hunting/shooting with a 357 Max?

I have always wanted one in a t/c contender or a single shot rifle.Great little caliber for inside the wood.Except for the casingisn't that and the 350 Legend close to the same ballistics?

I have a contender carbine by MGM, a 10" contender factory pistol barrel, and a Ruger .357 Max 10.5" barrel. Love the round, I stick with 180gr. XTP jacketed, and 200gr cast/gas checked bullets, using Starline brass. It's a great cartridge.

Me too!! Ruger Max 10-1/2" and a Ruger 1A Non-Chip 357 rechambered to the Max cart..Nice combo

Got an Encore MGM barrel Bellm chamber and CVA Scout 357 Max rechambered by David White. Both shoot better than I can shoot....lol....
