Friends,
I have a relatively new Knight Disc Extreme with factory open sights.
Somehow I managed to break the little green plastic rod in the front sight.
I found about 1/3 of the plastic rod and have it back in the sight blade held there with a tiny strip of clear scotch tape.
Does anyone know what a fairly easy simple solution is for replacing just the plastic sight insert? Sources??

I suppose at some point I may replace the entire front sight with one like Sabotloader gets from Williams Gunsite, but for now I'm just looking for a quick fix.

thanks!

I did this once and bought a small strand of fiber optic wire off eBay. It was the wire that is used in bow sights. I still have some somewhere. Measure the OD of the piece you have left and I will see if mine is the same size.

Find a fiber optic rod the same (or as close as possible) to the OD of the rod in your sight. There are videos out there which will show you the very simple process of installing a new rod.
