Broken thimble screw

I am currently working on a TC thunderhawk shadow. The thimble closest to the muzzle is missing and the screw is broke off just below the barrel surface. Anybody got any advice for the best way to get it out?

I have some left hand twist cobalt drill bits for that type of problem. A steady hand and and slow speed drill sometimes a little heat will usually back it right out. If not then drill and re-tap the hole is not much more work.
