Pretty simple little snack that will make you popular at the deer camp next fall. Backstrap is easiest to illustrate the proportions here, but slice it thin, no more than 1/4" thick. wrap each slice around an onion wedge, then wrap strap and onion with a strip of peppered bacon pinning the whole thing together with a toothpick. Grill until the bacon is cooked, turning occasionally to cook evenly adding your favorite bbq sauce about 5 minutes before they are to be removed from the grill. Each one amounts to about two bites and will disappear faster than you can cook them. Some prefer to stuff tham with jalepenos but I find as the onion cooks down a bit it sweetens the meat as well. To each their own, I've tried both.

Backstraps, bacon, and onions! That's a combo ya just can't beat! I do a similar thing with the tenderloins and it is a special treat that the whole family loves.
