I just ordered a worksharp precision adjust knife sharpener. It’s very similar to the KME Lewis mentioned above. I’ll post how it does when I get it. It gets good reviews and it’s only about $50. I also ordered some 3m feathering disc compound so I can use different grit sandpaper with it also. I saw that idea on a YouTube video Worksharp precision adjust using strips of sandpaper
