CVA Accura V2 and MR stocks

If a person can get a set of Mountain Rifle stocks would they fit on a V-2. I have a V-2 with open sights, I put a Leupold 2.5x8 on it and the comb is a little low for the scope. I assume the stock is set up for the open sights. I used the CVA mount but would prefer the classic lines of the MR stock. I think because the MR does not have sights the higher comb would work well for the scope. Mike

No they are not. Frames are not the same.
