I finally got my first deer with this rifle, a nice doe! I'm shooting a 30-06 with a 3x9 scope and I us a homemade shooting stick to steady my old arms.Anyway the rifle did it's job and I did mine.I didn't have to do any tracking because she only went about 20yards before she piled up.Best of all my son dragged her out of the woods for me.
