elite 45

can get 45 elite for 150 new.will only be used for deer hunting.
shots under 100 yds.should i go with it?

That's a good deal! I had one and it was a good shooter, just not as good as my .50 Disc Elite.

I saw a post over the weekend on another forum where a poster said he saw .45 Disc Elites/blue/synthetic for $100 at the Bass Pro catalog outlet in Springfield, MO last week. He said they had a big stack of them. That's gettin' the price right down there, even if it is a .45!
