Fury St2 275 Drag Function G7

I have been using the G1 drag function and getting strange results from 100 to 300 yards which doesn't match my actual drops. Today I put in G7 and the results match my target.

.45 caliber at 2474 f.p.s.
I used a .26 b.c. instead of the published .28
1" high at 100 yards, 4" drop at 204 yards and 14" drop at 300

Anyone else use G7 for this bullet?

G1 seems to be off someplace for me, normally at 500yds, but then right back on at 600yds.
I have not tried G7

Does the bc change with the velocity maybe starting off on the low side and then to the max bc before dropping off?
