Never used it, my sierra manual 5th edition has it listed for a variety of bullet weights, just looking at velocities it is better in the heavier weights for that caliber. Any bullet weight you are particularly looking for just send me a message and I will look it up.
Is that the only powder you have?
What grain bullet are you shooting?
H380 is a bit slower than HCFE223 and Win 748, but without actual testing, it may not be wise to sub H380.

With a 165 gr bullet start at 45.0 grains of H380 and max is 48.0 grains.
With 180 gr bullet start with 43.0 grains of powder and max is listed at 47.0 grains of powder.
Pressures listed are just slightly higher than loads using BL-C2 powder.
