HELP With W series-1 base and rings

I have some w series-1 quick release mount scope base and rings, the price tag is still on the package 89.95 back in the early 90s from white muzzle loading, are they good not good, anything someone mite know will be a great help?

Should be very good. Probably Warne Premier series. Are the bases not very wide?
